BizLink Technology is seeking qualified and experienced Testing Technicians to join its manufacturing and technical operations team in Malaysia. The successful candidates will be responsible for the electrical and functional testing of Power Box and Box Build products, ensuring that assembled products meet required electrical, functional, safety, and quality standards before release.

Testing Technician

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience in electrical and functional testing of Power Box and Box Build products.
• Experience setting up and operating testing equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
• Experience performing power-on testing, continuity checks, insulation tests, and functional verification.
• Knowledge of basic electrical testing procedures and safe handling of electrical equipment.
• Ability to interpret basic wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, technical drawings, and testing instructions.
• Ability to identify electrical and functional defects through systematic testing and inspection.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical connections, wiring, components, and product functionality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to accurately record test results and maintain testing documentation.
• Able to follow standard operating procedures, technical instructions, and workplace safety requirements.
• Physically capable of performing hands-on testing and inspection work in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, disciplined, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a production and technical team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and functional testing of Power Box and Box Build products according to established testing procedures and specifications.
• Set up, operate, and monitor testing equipment, jigs, fixtures, and related test tools.
• Conduct power-on testing to verify proper electrical operation and product functionality.
• Perform continuity checks to confirm correct electrical connections and wiring.
• Conduct insulation resistance and other applicable electrical safety tests.
• Perform functional verification to ensure products operate according to required specifications.
• Inspect test results and identify electrical, wiring, assembly, or functional abnormalities.
• Troubleshoot testing failures and assist in identifying the root cause of product defects.
• Use electrical testing instruments and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow test procedures, work instructions, technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and product specifications.
• Verify that testing equipment, jigs, and fixtures are properly configured before conducting tests.
• Record test results, defects, failures, and corrective actions accurately.
• Segregate and properly identify products that fail testing for further inspection or rework.
• Coordinate with production, assembly, quality, and engineering teams to resolve testing-related issues.
• Assist in product re-testing after repair, adjustment, or corrective action.
• Ensure testing activities are performed consistently and according to established quality standards.
• Maintain testing equipment, workstations, jigs, and fixtures in clean and proper working condition.
• Report defective, damaged, or malfunctioning testing equipment to the appropriate supervisor or engineering personnel.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, electrical safety requirements, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain proper documentation and traceability of tested products.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to testing processes, product quality, and testing efficiency.
