Executive Maintenance
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in industrial maintenance, plant engineering, or facilities maintenance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial plant equipment, utilities, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Experience in maintenance planning, spare parts management, and equipment reliability programs.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and maintenance documentation.
- Experience participating in internal and external audits within manufacturing or industrial facilities.
- Strong leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure safe, efficient, and comfortable facility operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all plant machinery, utilities, and production equipment.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance, identify potential failures, and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and issue maintenance communication memos, work schedules, and preventive maintenance notifications.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels of spare parts and ensure the timely availability of critical components.
- Coordinate equipment repairs, overhauls, and maintenance shutdown activities with production and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and documentation using maintenance management systems.
- Supervise contractors, service providers, and maintenance personnel during repair and installation activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance processes.
- Conduct and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
- Perform other maintenance management duties assigned by management.
