AUTO ELECTRICIAN (LIGHT VEHICLE)

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• At least a high school graduate.
• Experience in automotive electrical systems and light vehicle troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify, diagnose, and document vehicle electrical problems.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Experience working in a car dealership is preferred.
• Willing to work in Doha, Qatar.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role, according to the supplied vacancy information.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose electrical problems in light vehicles.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair vehicle electrical systems and components.
• Check batteries, alternators, starters, wiring, lighting systems, fuses, and other electrical components.
• Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify electrical faults.
• Identify customer-reported vehicle problems and document findings accurately.
• Perform electrical system repairs and component replacements as required.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and functional tests after repairs.
• Maintain service records and document repair work according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with service advisers, mechanics, and other workshop personnel to ensure efficient vehicle servicing.
• Follow workshop safety procedures and manufacturer-recommended repair practices.
