Al Waha For Cars – Qatar is seeking an experienced Parts Picker to locate, retrieve, verify, and prepare automotive parts for orders in a large warehouse environment. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a large automotive parts warehouse, familiarity with PDA devices and computerized picking systems, knowledge of automotive parts operating systems, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Preferred age range: 27–37 years old, as stated in the supplied vacancy information.
• Experience working in a large automotive parts warehouse is required.
• Familiarity with PDA devices, barcode scanners, and computerized picking systems.
• Knowledge of automotive parts operating systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to identify automotive parts using item codes, descriptions, and warehouse system records.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
• Experience limited to small parts shops or small warehouses does not meet the stated requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Pick automotive parts according to order lists, picking slips, or instructions generated by computerized warehouse systems.
• Use PDA devices, barcode scanners, and computerized picking systems to locate and record parts accurately.
• Identify automotive parts using item codes, descriptions, labels, and system records.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and product details before picking and dispatch.
• Prepare, sort, and organize picked parts for packing, delivery, or collection by other departments.
• Update picking transactions and inventory records through the designated auto parts operating system.
• Report missing, damaged, incorrectly labelled, or misplaced parts to the warehouse supervisor.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, inventory controllers, and dispatch teams to fulfil orders efficiently.
• Follow warehouse procedures for handling, storing, and moving automotive parts.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while meeting warehouse picking schedules.
• Observe workplace health and safety procedures and keep the picking area organized.
