Al Waha For Cars – Qatar is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor (Auto Parts) to oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, supervise personnel, and ensure the efficient storage and distribution of automotive parts. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a large automotive parts warehouse, knowledge of computerized warehouse systems, and excellent English communication skills.

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (AUTO PARTS)

Qualifications:

• Preferred age range: 30–40 years old, as stated in the supplied vacancy information.
• Experience managing a large automotive parts warehouse.
• Knowledge of warehouse storage, inventory control, and computerized warehouse management systems.
• Ability to supervise personnel, allocate duties, and optimize staffing.
• Familiarity with automotive parts operating systems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and improve warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations in the automotive parts warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of parts.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using computerized warehouse management systems.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing automotive parts and verify quantities, descriptions, and documentation.
• Organize warehouse layouts to maximize storage capacity, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, assign duties, monitor performance, and optimize staffing according to operational requirements.
• Ensure automotive parts are properly labelled, stored, handled, and protected from damage.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, logistics, and service departments to ensure timely parts availability.
• Use automotive parts operating systems to support inventory control and order processing.
• Implement warehouse procedures to improve productivity, accuracy, and stock management.
• Enforce workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Prepare inventory reports and communicate operational issues and improvement recommendations to management.
