SERVICE ADVISOR (Branded Car Dealership)

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• At least a high school graduate.
• Experience in a car dealership is preferred.
• Ability to identify, understand, and document customer-reported vehicle problems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with workshop technicians and service personnel.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Doha, Qatar.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role, according to the supplied vacancy information.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and discuss their vehicle concerns, maintenance needs, and repair requests.
• Identify, record, and document customer-reported vehicle problems accurately.
• Prepare service requests and work orders for workshop technicians.
• Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to ensure appropriate vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and repair.
• Explain recommended repairs, maintenance requirements, and service procedures to customers.
• Provide customers with updates on repair progress, estimated completion times, and service status.
• Assist in preparing service estimates and communicating repair costs, subject to dealership procedures.
• Monitor repair progress and coordinate timely vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service histories, and related documentation.
• Provide professional customer service and help address customer inquiries or concerns.
