Al Waha For Cars – Qatar is seeking an experienced Parts Manager & Mentor to oversee automotive parts operations, manage inventory and logistics, support sales activities, and improve business performance. The successful candidate will have managerial experience in the automotive parts industry, strong operational knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to mentor and develop junior managers.

PARTS MANAGER & MENTOR

Qualifications:

• Preferred age range: 40–50 years old, as stated in the supplied vacancy information.
• Proven managerial experience in the automotive parts industry.
• Experience working with a main automotive dealer is preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics, sales follow-up, inventory management, and business operations.
• Familiarity with automotive parts operating systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of automotive accessories and vehicle modifications.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and manage young managers.
• Ability to improve operational processes and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily automotive parts department operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory levels, stock availability, ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of automotive parts.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of parts to customers, workshops, and other departments.
• Monitor sales activities, follow up on customer inquiries, and support the achievement of sales targets.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Use automotive parts operating systems to manage inventory, process orders, and monitor transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and implement procedures to reduce stock discrepancies and unnecessary costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve parts sales, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to young managers to strengthen their leadership and management skills.
• Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and encourage professional development.
• Stay informed about automotive accessories, vehicle modifications, and relevant product developments.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to management.
