Al Waha For Cars – Qatar is seeking a Logistics Expert (Auto Parts) with experience coordinating domestic and international shipments of automotive parts. The successful applicant will oversee shipping arrangements, coordinate with freight and courier providers, monitor deliveries, and ensure that automotive parts are transported efficiently and accurately. Strong logistics knowledge, familiarity with automotive parts operating systems, and excellent English communication skills are required.

LOGISTICS EXPERT (AUTO PARTS)

Qualifications:

• Preferred age range: 25–35 years old, as stated in the supplied vacancy information.
• Experience handling domestic and international automotive parts shipments.
• Knowledge of container shipping and international courier services, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
• Strong understanding of logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and delivery management.
• Familiarity with automotive parts operating systems and inventory processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of automotive parts.
• Arrange container shipments and manage shipping schedules, transportation arrangements, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate shipments through international courier services such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and other required logistics paperwork.
• Track shipments and provide updates on delivery status, delays, and potential issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs representatives, courier companies, and internal departments.
• Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency.
• Use automotive parts operating systems to track inventory, process orders, and coordinate parts dispatch.
• Ensure automotive parts are properly packed, labelled, and documented before shipment.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, delivery issues, and damaged or missing shipment concerns.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare logistics reports.
• Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners in English.
