Marketing Manager

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing management or a similar marketing position.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, campaign planning, branding, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, online advertising, and content marketing.
  • Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and brand positioning.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data, KPIs, campaign results, and customer insights.
  • Strong creative, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and coordinating external suppliers or service providers.
    Ability to work effectively with sales, operations, management, and other departments.
  • Proficient in standard office, digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving measurable marketing results.
  • Creative, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns from concept development through implementation and reporting.
  • Develop marketing plans to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, market reach, and revenue.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, websites, and online promotional channels.
  • Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns across appropriate online and offline channels.
  • Develop engaging marketing content and promotional materials in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Manage social media platforms and monitor audience engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, behavior, and emerging market trends.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to assess competitors’ products, services, pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies for business expansion and customer acquisition.
  • Develop initiatives to attract new customers and strengthen customer retention and loyalty.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance using relevant KPIs, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze marketing data and customer insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports, performance summaries, and recommendations for management.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, expenditures, and resources to ensure cost-effective campaign implementation.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, management, and other departments to ensure consistent marketing activities.
  • Maintain consistent company branding, messaging, and promotional standards across marketing channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, media representatives, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate events, promotions, product launches, and other marketing activities as required.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, consumer behavior, and industry developments.
  • Recommend new marketing tools, technologies, and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market responses and incorporate relevant insights into marketing strategies.
  • Support business development activities through market intelligence, promotional programs, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Perform other marketing, promotional, and business development duties assigned by management.
