Operation Manager

Qualifications:

• Ability to coordinate effectively with employees, suppliers, contractors, clients, and management.
• Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficient in standard office and operational management software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Responsible, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding operational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company’s daily operational activities.
• Develop and implement operational plans, procedures, and processes to support business objectives.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and other resources required for smooth operations.
• Supervise and provide direction to operational staff and team members.
• Assign duties and responsibilities and monitor employee performance and productivity.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion of work.
• Establish and monitor operational targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and productivity standards.
• Identify operational problems, delays, inefficiencies, and resource requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are properly implemented.
• Monitor operating costs and assist management in controlling expenses and improving cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, clients, and other business stakeholders as required.
• Ensure adequate availability of materials, equipment, supplies, and other operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
• Prepare operational reports, performance updates, schedules, and other management documentation.
• Analyze operational data and recommend improvements to productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and reviews of operational processes and workplace conditions.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a strong workplace safety culture and ensure employees follow established safety procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth business operations.
• Manage operational issues and customer or stakeholder concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Assist management in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business development activities as required.
• Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure they meet agreed performance and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure proper documentation of activities and incidents.
• Support recruitment, training, orientation, and development of operational personnel when required.
• Perform other management and operational duties assigned by the company.
