Sublimation Graphic Designer

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Sublimation Graphic Designer, Apparel Designer, or similar position.
• Experience in sublimation printing and print-production artwork preparation is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, composition, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar applications.
• Ability to create and edit high-resolution, print-ready artwork.
• Knowledge of sublimation printing requirements, including sizing, color management, resolution, file preparation, and print layouts.
• Ability to prepare designs for apparel, uniforms, sportswear, promotional items, and other sublimated products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify design, spelling, alignment, color, and quality issues.
• Good understanding of image resolution, file formats, color profiles, and digital printing processes.
• Creative and capable of developing original designs based on customer concepts and specifications.
• Ability to revise artwork efficiently based on customer or production feedback.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, production staff, and printing operators.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of design quality and accuracy.
• Creative, reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn new design and printing techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Create original graphic designs and artwork for sublimation printing.
• Develop designs for apparel, uniforms, sportswear, promotional products, signage, and other sublimated items as required.
• Convert customer concepts, sketches, logos, and design requirements into professional digital artwork.
• Prepare artwork according to specified dimensions, layouts, colors, and printing requirements.
• Create and edit designs using professional graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar programs.
• Prepare high-resolution and print-ready artwork for sublimation production.
• Adjust artwork sizing, positioning, resolution, color profiles, and file formats to ensure accurate printing.
• Create seamless patterns, backgrounds, illustrations, logos, typography, and other graphic elements.
• Prepare artwork for different garment sizes and product dimensions while maintaining proper proportions.
• Ensure designs are correctly positioned within printing templates and production guidelines.
• Manage color separation, color correction, and image adjustments as required for sublimation printing.
• Check artwork carefully for spelling, alignment, image quality, color accuracy, and other design errors before production.
• Modify and revise designs based on customer feedback or production requirements.
• Work closely with customers, sales staff, production personnel, and printing operators to clarify design specifications.
• Prepare mock-ups or visual previews for customer approval before production.
• Ensure all approved designs are properly organized, named, stored, and archived for future use.
• Troubleshoot artwork and file-related issues that may affect printing quality.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and design elements across multiple products.
• Keep updated with current graphic design, apparel, sublimation printing, and visual communication trends.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet production deadlines.
• Maintain an organized digital design library and proper backup of artwork files.
• Follow company procedures and production quality standards.
• Perform other graphic design, artwork preparation, and sublimation-related duties assigned by management.
