MECHANIC
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an automotive mechanic.
- Must have experience working with international automotive brands such as Toyota, Maruti Suzuki, Chevrolet, Mercedes-Benz, Škoda, or similar manufacturers.
- Strong experience in tires, wheel alignment, balancing, engine maintenance, and automotive repair services.
- Proficient in using technical scanning tools, diagnostic equipment, and computerized vehicle diagnostic systems.
- Experience in inspecting vehicle mechanical components, engines, and related automotive systems.
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
- Must possess a valid Philippine or GCC Driving License.
- Good understanding of workshop safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues.
- Diagnose faults using technical scanning tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance services, including oil changes, tune-ups, fluid checks, and routine inspections.
- Repair and replace defective vehicle parts and components according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct tire fitting, wheel balancing, wheel alignment, and related automotive services.
- Inspect engine systems and perform repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Troubleshoot vehicle problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Test vehicles before and after repairs to verify proper operation and service quality.
- Maintain accurate repair records, inspection reports, and service documentation.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with company standards and safety regulations.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Assist customers and service advisors by providing accurate information regarding vehicle conditions and repair requirements.
- Support workshop productivity goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
