OWS Automotive is seeking a skilled and experienced Denter to perform high-quality automotive body repairs on damaged vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing vehicle body damage, repairing and replacing damaged panels, restoring vehicle frames, and preparing vehicles for painting while ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in automotive body repair or dent repair.
- Vocational training or TESDA Automotive Body Repairing NC II certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques, structural repairs, and panel replacement.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, hydraulic frame machines, and welding equipment, including MIG and TIG welders.
- Specialized skills in panel alignment, welding, dent removal, and body damage assessment.
- Ability to read repair specifications and follow manufacturer repair procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding workshop duties.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess body repair requirements.
- Repair dents, damaged panels, doors, fenders, bumpers, roofs, and other vehicle body components.
- Straighten and align vehicle frames and body structures using hydraulic frame machines and specialized equipment.
- Remove, repair, or replace damaged metal panels and structural components.
- Perform cutting, welding, grinding, and metal fabrication using MIG, TIG, and other welding equipment.
- Restore vehicle body alignment to manufacturer specifications.
- Prepare repaired surfaces by sanding, grinding, filling, and smoothing prior to painting.
- Use measuring equipment and body repair tools to ensure accurate panel fitting and alignment.
- Inspect completed repairs to verify quality, safety, and appearance.
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations during all repair activities.
- Coordinate with painters, mechanics, estimators, and workshop supervisors to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Perform other automotive body repair duties assigned by management.
