Al Masaood Automobiles Company LLC is seeking qualified Service Advisors to serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the automotive service department. The successful candidate will assess customer vehicle concerns, coordinate repair and maintenance activities, provide service recommendations, and ensure customers receive professional and timely service.
SERVICE ADVISOR
Qualifications:
- Male or Female applicants are welcome.
- 2-year diploma or any relevant vocational certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership.
- Good understanding of automotive service and repair operations.
- Ability to understand and communicate vehicle maintenance and repair requirements.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail when preparing job orders and service documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and workshop personnel.
- Customer-focused, professional, and service-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance at the service reception area.
- Listen to and document customer concerns regarding vehicle performance, maintenance, or repairs.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspections and identify visible service requirements.
- Prepare accurate job orders based on customer complaints and vehicle inspection findings.
- Explain recommended maintenance and repair services to customers clearly.
- Provide customers with estimates, expected completion times, and service updates.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop personnel to ensure requested work is completed correctly.
- Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate with customers regarding additional repair requirements identified during service.
- Obtain appropriate customer approval before proceeding with additional work, following company procedures.
- Review completed repair orders and ensure all requested work has been properly performed.
- Explain completed repairs, replaced parts, and recommended future maintenance to customers.
- Coordinate vehicle release and ensure customer concerns have been addressed.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate service records, job orders, and customer information.
- Follow dealership policies, manufacturer standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
- Support customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving service department targets.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers, technicians, and other dealership personnel.
