COOPERANTE D.O.O. is seeking experienced Cable Line Operators for an overseas work opportunity in Croatia. The successful candidate will operate and monitor cable production machinery, maintain product quality, and ensure safe and efficient production of electrical cables.

CABLE LINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of continuous cable industry experience.
• Applicants must have current and relevant experience in the cable manufacturing industry.
• Technical education or technical background is preferred.
• Must have a Certificate of Employment (COE) documenting relevant work experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of cable production processes and industrial machinery.
• Ability to operate and monitor production equipment safely.
• Good understanding of quality control and production standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify production or equipment issues.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial manufacturing environmen

Responsibilities:

• Operate cable production lines according to established production procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and machine performance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Check finished cable products for quality, dimensions, appearance, and compliance with specifications.
• Operate and handle production machines and equipment safely and correctly.
• Monitor production parameters and make appropriate adjustments when required.
• Report machine breakdowns, production problems, quality issues, and other abnormalities promptly.
• Coordinate with team members, supervisors, maintenance personnel, and quality control staff.
• Maintain accurate production records and report production output as required.
• Follow established operating procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the production area.
• Follow safety procedures when working with electrical cable manufacturing equipment and materials.
• Assist in identifying and resolving production issues.
• Work with production lines involving aluminum and copper casting.
• Operate or assist with insulation and cable sheathing extrusion lines.
• Operate or assist with Continuous Vulcanization (CV) Lines.
• Support production of low-, medium-, and high-voltage cables.
• Perform other production duties assigned by management.

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
