Royal Saray Resort is seeking skilled and experienced Cooks to join its culinary team in Bahrain. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, supporting kitchen operations, and delivering excellent dining experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.

COOK (FRUIT CARVING)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Proven experience in fruit carving, food presentation, or decorative food displays.
• Experience working in a 4–5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant is required.
• Creative, artistic, and highly detail-oriented with strong presentation skills.
• Skilled in handling carving tools and creating intricate fruit designs.
• Knowledge of proper food hygiene, sanitation, and safe handling practices.

Responsibilities:

• Create intricate fruit carvings, sculptures, and themed decorations for events, banquets, buffets, and restaurant displays.
• Carve fruits such as watermelons, melons, pineapples, and other produce into decorative and artistic designs.
• Design and arrange attractive fruit platters, charcuterie boards, and buffet presentations.
• Develop creative and innovative carving techniques to enhance the visual appeal of food displays.
• Prepare, handle, and arrange fruits while maintaining proper hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ensure all finished displays are neat, visually appealing, and completed according to event or restaurant requirements.
• Maintain and properly care for carving tools, equipment, and work areas.
