A reputable employer in Qatar is seeking qualified and experienced Caregivers to provide compassionate and professional care and assistance to individuals who require support with their daily activities and personal needs. The successful candidate will assist with personal care, health monitoring, mobility, medication support, and daily living activities while maintaining the client’s comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being.

CAREGIVER

Qualifications:

• Female applicants preferred.
• Age: 25–43 years old.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant caregiving experience.
• Related caregiving certification is required.
• Relevant nursing or midwifery qualification.
• Must meet applicable Qatar registration and licensing requirements.
• Knowledge of personal care, elderly care, patient assistance, and activities of daily living.
• Ability to follow care plans, healthcare instructions, and safety procedures.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, responsible, and respectful when dealing with clients.
• Physically capable of assisting clients with mobility and daily activities.
• Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and attentive care to clients according to their individual needs and care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, walking, transfers, positioning, and other physical activities as required.
• Monitor the client’s general condition and promptly report changes in health or behavior.
• Monitor vital signs and other health indicators when required and within the caregiver’s scope of practice.
• Assist clients with prescribed medications according to applicable instructions and regulations.
• Prepare and serve meals and assist clients with proper nutrition and hydration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and hygienic living environment.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties related to the client’s care and living area.
• Follow established care plans, healthcare instructions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, activities, and relevant changes in the client’s condition.
• Assist clients in attending medical appointments or other necessary activities when required.
• Communicate professionally with family members, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare personnel.
• Observe proper infection prevention, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Provide appropriate assistance during emergencies and promptly seek medical or professional help when necessary.
• Respect the client’s privacy, dignity, confidentiality, cultural practices, and personal preferences.
• Use caregiving equipment and assistive devices safely and appropriately.
• Report accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or other concerns to the appropriate person.
• Perform other caregiving and client-support duties assigned by the employer.
