Holiday Inn Express – Dubai Airport is seeking customer-focused and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent dining experiences for hotel guests. The successful candidates will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, and ensuring high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar food and beverage service role.
• No minimum educational attainment is required.
• Must have a pleasing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of proper table setup, food and beverage service, and dining etiquette.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
• Properly take food and beverage orders and accurately communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Set up dining tables with appropriate tableware, utensils, napkins, and condiments before service.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery after guests have finished dining (bussing tables).
• Clean and reset tables promptly to prepare for the next guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Perform other related duties as required by management.

Requirements:

• Updated Resume with recent clear photo
• High School Diploma if High School Graduate
• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
