PRODUCTION OPERATOR (PHARMACEUTICAL)
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Vocational training, such as TESDA certification, technical certificates, or an Associate Degree in Industrial Technology, Science, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience operating production or manufacturing machinery is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, cleaning procedures, and production processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow SOPs and GMP requirements.
- Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment such as blenders, coaters, tablet presses, and encapsulation machines.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials according to production requirements and specifications.
- Perform in-process inspections, quality checks, and product testing to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Verify raw materials, production records, and batch information for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform cleaning procedures, including CIP/SIP, and maintain production equipment in proper condition.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs when necessary.
- Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and workplace safety requirements.
