Job Vacancy: Factory Worker (Technical Operator – TEST)

Job Location: Malaysia

SRX Global (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking qualified Technical Operators (Test) to support electronics manufacturing operations. The role focuses on testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products in a fast-paced production environment.

Factory Worker (Technical Operator – TEST)

Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • 1–2 years of working experience in EMS/PCBA manufacturing and testing
  • Strong understanding of electronic components, basic electronics theory, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
  • Experience in PCBA testing and box build processes is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Material Incoming QC and First Article Inspection is a plus
  • Good English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions

Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional and diagnostic testing of PCBA and electronic assemblies
  • Operate testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
  • Troubleshoot and identify faults in electronic components and assemblies
  • Ensure product quality through inspection and adherence to standards
  • Support production processes including PCBA and box build operations
  • Assist in material incoming quality control (IQC) and first article inspection (FAI)
  • Maintain accurate test records and documentation
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
