AOI AND TBE PROCESS TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Semiconductors experience is an edge
  • Mush have a production line sustain experience in AOI machine troubleshoot, AOI and TBE related issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor AOI performance and drive for continuous improvement
  • Support engineer for any TBE issue including any major down related to AOI machine, strapping machine, oven and packing machine.
  • Support NPI and Engineering builds (Recipe setup, material buyoff, tape and reel material qualification.
  • Support production line in achieving Quality, Delivery, Cycle Time, Process Improvement, Equipment Stability and improve the first pass yield for AOI machine.
  • Any other tasks or projects assigned by superiors.
