This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates of Electronics Technology who are willing to learn and undergo training. Successful candidates will assist with production activities, operate or work with various machines and tools, and follow workplace safety and quality procedures.
Factory Worker (Electronics Technology)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Electronics Technology.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to learn and undergo training in manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Able to work with different machines, tools, and production equipment.
- Basic understanding of electronics, electrical components, or electronic technology is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of performing factory and production-related tasks.
- Hardworking, responsible, and willing to follow instructions.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Safety-conscious and willing to follow company safety rules and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities according to company procedures.
- Operate or assist in operating production machines, tools, and equipment after proper training.
- Perform basic assembly, handling, testing, and production tasks involving electronic components and products.
- Follow work instructions, production procedures, and technical guidelines carefully.
- Assist with the preparation and handling of materials, components, tools, and production supplies.
- Perform basic inspection of electronic components and finished products for visible defects or quality issues.
- Follow established quality control procedures and production standards.
- Use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment properly and safely.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation throughout the production process.
- Observe proper workplace safety procedures when operating machines and handling tools.
- Report machine problems, defective materials, damaged components, or production issues to supervisors.
- Assist technicians and production personnel with assigned manufacturing tasks.
- Meet required production targets while maintaining accuracy and product quality.
- Properly handle, store, and protect electronic components and production materials.
- Follow proper procedures for waste segregation and disposal of production materials.
- Work cooperatively with supervisors and other production team members.
- Attend required training and continuously develop technical and manufacturing skills.
- Perform other factory and production-related duties assigned by management.
