TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Wood Production Workers to support its woodworking operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in wood production, finishing, and quality control, ensuring products meet technical specifications and high-quality standards.

WOOD PRODUCTION WORKER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• Age: 23 – 40 years old
• Minimum of 2 years of woodworking experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production plans
• Skilled in wood surface finishing and preparation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate woodworking machinery and perform manual woodworking tasks
• Read and work with technical documentation, drawings, and production plans
• Perform wood surface finishing, including sanding, varnishing, staining, oiling, and waxing
• Prepare surfaces, including scraping and hand sanding, prior to coating
• Conduct quality control checks and correct defects when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
