FACTORY WORKER
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Engineering (Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience in mechanical assembly, machinery installation, or equipment manufacturing is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Knowledge of mechanical components, alignment, fitting, and basic machine testing.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately as part of a technical team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical assembly of machine parts and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Install and fit mechanical components such as frames, shafts, bearings, couplings, and motion parts.
- Perform mechanical adjustments, alignment, and fitting to ensure proper component positioning and operation.
- Conduct basic functional checks and testing of assembled machinery and components.
- Use appropriate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments during assembly and installation.
- Inspect assembled components to ensure they meet required quality and dimensional standards.
- Identify and report assembly issues, defects, or mechanical abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following workplace safety procedures.
