Alfa Company is seeking skilled, customer-oriented, and hardworking Restaurant Staff (Barista) to join its restaurant team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will prepare coffee and other beverages, provide friendly customer service, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and support smooth beverage operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Restaurant Staff (Barista)

Qualifications:

• 22–33 years old.
• Previous barista experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good appearance and personal hygiene.
• Neat, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Willing to follow restaurant procedures, recipes, and supervisor instructions.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality and presentation.
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional in dealing with customers and coworkers.
• No visible tattoos.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other hot and cold drinks according to established standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage preparation equipment safely and correctly.
• Prepare beverages consistently while maintaining proper taste, quality, temperature, and presentation.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and professional service.
• Communicate with customers regarding beverage choices, ingredients, and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked barista station.
• Prepare cups, ingredients, garnishes, syrups, milk, coffee beans, and other beverage supplies for service.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors when supplies need replenishment.
• Follow proper coffee storage, preparation, handling, and serving procedures.
• Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards at all times.
• Clean and sanitize coffee machines, utensils, counters, equipment, and work areas regularly.
• Handle customer requests and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, cashiers, and other restaurant personnel to ensure efficient service.
• Work efficiently during busy periods and manage multiple beverage orders under pressure.
• Follow restaurant recipes, procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Maintain a neat, presentable, and professional appearance throughout the work shift.
• Minimize product waste through proper preparation, portioning, and storage.
• Perform other beverage preparation and restaurant duties assigned by management.
