Nursing Aide
Qualifications:
- PRC Licensed Nursing Aide
- Minimum 1 year of hospital experience
- Knowledge of patient care procedures and hospital protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to assist patients safely
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, and mobility.
- Support nurses in basic medical tasks and patient monitoring.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient wards and common areas.
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
- Follow hospital safety protocols and healthcare standards.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients as needed.
