IT Manager

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in IT infrastructure and systems support.
• Experience managing IT operations within an entertainment center, amusement facility, leisure facility, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Strong team leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Experience in vendor coordination and IT service management.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with amusement management systems, such as Intercard, Simons, Embed, or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, and business systems.
• Ability to manage multiple IT systems and operational priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with management, employees, vendors, and external technical teams.
• Organized, responsible, proactive, and service-oriented.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment and provide technical support as required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily IT operations of the family entertainment center.
• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, systems, networks, hardware, software, and related equipment.
• Monitor the performance, availability, and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Lead and supervise IT personnel, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers, technology vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, technical support, and maintenance activities.
• Support the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
• Oversee amusement and entertainment management systems used within the facility.
• Support systems such as Intercard, Simons, Embed, or similar amusement management platforms.
• Monitor the integration and reliable operation of technology systems supporting entertainment activities.
• Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of point-of-sale, ticketing, gaming, payment, access control, and other entertainment-related systems as applicable.
• Ensure IT systems are properly secured, maintained, and backed up.
• Implement appropriate IT security, access control, data protection, and system monitoring procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure, equipment, systems, configurations, and service activities.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, system upgrades, replacements, and technology improvements.
• Monitor IT-related incidents and ensure issues are properly documented and resolved.
• Provide technical assistance and support to management and other departments.
• Ensure IT operations comply with company policies, security requirements, and workplace procedures.
• Prepare IT reports and provide management with updates regarding system performance, incidents, projects, and operational concerns.
• Support business continuity and minimize technology-related downtime.
• Perform other IT management and technical duties assigned by management.
