Qualifications:

• Must be able to handle a multitasking job and manage several cooking and kitchen duties efficiently.

• Must demonstrate good personal hygiene and proper food-handling practices.
• Able to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Must be responsible, hardworking, trustworthy, and attentive to details.
• Able to follow cooking instructions, recipes, and household preferences.
• Must be willing to learn new dishes and cooking methods when required.
• Physically capable of performing routine cooking and kitchen-related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to the employer’s preferences and instructions.
• Specialize in preparing Arabic dishes and other meals as required by the household.
• Prepare daily meals while ensuring proper taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.
• Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, marinating, and measuring as needed.
• Maintain proper food preparation and cooking procedures to ensure meals are safe and suitable for consumption.
• Keep the kitchen, cooking area, utensils, equipment, and food preparation surfaces clean and organized.
• Observe good personal hygiene and proper food-handling practices at all times.
• Properly store food ingredients and maintain appropriate kitchen organization.
• Monitor available food supplies and inform the employer when ingredients need to be replenished.
• Avoid unnecessary food waste while making efficient use of available ingredients.
• Prepare multiple dishes and manage different cooking tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate meal preparation according to the household’s daily schedule.
• Adjust dishes according to the employer’s preferences, dietary instructions, or specific requests when required.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the cooking process and clean up after meal preparation.
• Properly use and care for kitchen appliances, cookware, knives, utensils, and other equipment.
• Practice safe cooking procedures when handling hot surfaces, sharp tools, and kitchen appliances.
• Communicate clearly in English with the employer regarding meal preferences, ingredients, schedules, and other cooking requirements.
• Be flexible and willing to perform other reasonable household cooking-related duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and responsible attitude while working in the employer’s household.
