Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Co. (SPIMACO) is seeking experienced Warehouse Technicians to support warehouse and inventory operations within its pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The successful candidates will be responsible for receiving, storing, handling, and issuing materials while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), inventory control procedures, and pharmaceutical quality standards.

Warehouse Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical company.
• Technical knowledge and practical experience related to warehouse or inventory operations.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), pharmaceutical manufacturing standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and inventory management skills.
• Reliable and capable of working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, packaging materials, and finished pharmaceutical products according to company procedures.
• Issue materials to production departments while ensuring accurate inventory transactions.
• Perform inventory control activities, including stock counting, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Maintain proper storage conditions to preserve product quality and comply with pharmaceutical standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment and handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory logs, and related documentation.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within warehouse areas.
