Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Preferably 5–7 years of experience in the ceramic tiles manufacturing industry.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of ceramic glaze preparation and manufacturing processes.
- Experience managing or supervising a glaze mixing department is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of glaze raw materials, stains, chemicals, and ceramic production materials.
- Experience with ball mills, including monitoring pebble levels and grinding time.
- Knowledge of industrial glaze mixing, testing, and distribution processes.
- Ability to supervise technicians, machine operators, and production workers.
- Ability to follow and enforce standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
- Good understanding of production scheduling and manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of basic quality-control procedures for ceramic glaze production.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership, coordination, and team-management abilities.
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Strong awareness of workplace health and safety procedures. - Ability to safely handle chemicals and other glaze-production materials.
- Must have a valid passport.
- Must be medically fit to perform the duties required for the position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the glaze mixing and preparation department.
- Plan and coordinate glaze preparation activities according to production schedules and instructions from GPS team leaders.
- Check the availability of glaze raw materials, stains, chemicals, and other production materials required for scheduled production.
- Ensure raw materials are properly identified, stored, handled, and prepared for production.
- Monitor the preparation and mixing of glaze batches according to approved formulations and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee industrial mixing, testing, and distribution of liquid glazes used to coat ceramic tiles and other ceramic products.
- Ensure glaze batches are prepared accurately and consistently according to established quality specifications.
- Monitor ball mill operations, including required pebble levels and appropriate grinding times.
- Ensure proper grinding parameters are maintained to achieve effective glaze preparation and consistent product quality.
- Monitor glaze viscosity, fineness, density, color, and other relevant quality characteristics as required.
- Coordinate with quality-control personnel regarding glaze testing and laboratory results.
- Identify and report deviations in glaze batches, raw materials, equipment performance, or production processes.
- Supervise technicians, machine operators, and other personnel assigned to the glaze preparation department.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Train and guide technicians and machine operators on glaze preparation procedures, equipment operation, quality requirements, and safety practices.
- Ensure employees follow approved recipes, production procedures, and quality-control standards.
- Monitor the proper operation of glaze preparation equipment, mixers, ball mills, pumps, and related machinery.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel regarding equipment breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor production quantities and ensure glaze requirements are completed on schedule.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch information, material usage, and equipment-related reports.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals and production materials.
- Enforce workplace health, safety, chemical-handling, and environmental procedures within the department.
- Ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper housekeeping in the glaze preparation area.
- Minimize material waste and prevent contamination or improper mixing of glaze batches.
- Coordinate with production, quality-control, warehouse, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting glaze preparation and production problems.
- Ensure all glaze preparation activities comply with company standards and ceramic manufacturing requirements.
- Perform other duties related to glaze preparation and ceramic production as assigned by management.
