Lead Operator
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- He receives all instructions relative to the production campaign from the Production Engineer.
- He relays any report of abnormal operation (safety, product quality, process conditions, mechanical problems to the Production Engineer.
- He organizes the work of the Operations, based on the received instructions.
- He handles the transfer of all instructions at the end of his shift.
- He has the full responsibility of the unit(s) operation, and should be able to take some critical decisions, and/or will alert the Production
- Supervisor or Operations Manager regarding the problems, particularly if related to safety or product main
- He will perform, whenever needed, the same tasks of the Operators for smooth operation.
- He will conduct the routine laboratory analyses, in the shift.
- He will assist the Maintenance Engineer in case of any requirement.
- He drives and operate Forklifts for loading and unloading drums, bags, etc. in production and storage area.
- He drives company car if deemed necessary for coming to shift and back to place of residence
