Hotel Sales Agent

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work as a Hotel Sales Agent in Palau.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Must be able to communicate professionally with guests and business clients.
• Must be comfortable promoting hotel services and following up on sales inquiries.
• Previous experience in hotel sales, reservations, customer service, or the hospitality industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Promote the resort’s rooms, facilities, packages, and hospitality services to prospective clients.
• Respond to inquiries about room availability, rates, reservations, and hotel services.
• Assist clients with sales inquiries, bookings, and related arrangements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other business partners.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and other client-related documents as required.
• Follow up on sales leads and assist in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Provide accurate information about resort facilities, promotions, and available packages.
• Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, sales activities, and customer information.
• Help achieve sales targets and contribute to the resort’s business development efforts.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
