Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Co. (SPIMACO) is seeking experienced Civil Technicians to support the maintenance, inspection, and repair of civil structures and facilities within its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that buildings, infrastructure, and facility assets are maintained in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, and company procedures.

Civil Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical company.
• Technical knowledge and practical experience related to civil maintenance or facility operations.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), pharmaceutical manufacturing standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Reliable and capable of working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on civil structures, buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other facility infrastructure.
• Inspect facilities and identify structural defects, maintenance requirements, or repair needs.
• Assist in civil repair, renovation, and construction projects within the manufacturing facility.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions to carry out assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and work documentation.
• Ensure all civil maintenance activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
