Royal Palace is seeking an experienced and highly professional Head Butler / Senior Butler to provide exceptional personalized service in a high-standard hospitality environment in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate butler services, anticipate guest needs, maintain luxury service standards, and ensure that guests receive discreet, attentive, and personalized assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in the position being applied for.
  • Hospitality or luxury service experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Head Butler, Senior Butler, Butler, Personal Butler, or similar luxury service position is an advantage.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional, well-groomed, courteous, discreet, and service-oriented.
  • Able to work efficiently in a high-standard hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with VIP guests and senior management.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive guest or household matters.
  • Knowledge of formal hospitality etiquette, luxury guest service, and professional service standards.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and performing service duties for extended periods.
  • Reliable, disciplined, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized, professional, and discreet butler service to guests, VIPs, and members of the household.
  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth and comfortable experience throughout their stay.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, courteous, and personalized assistance.
  • Coordinate daily butler services and ensure that assigned tasks are completed according to Royal Palace standards.
  • Supervise and guide junior butlers and other service staff when required.
  • Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure consistent service quality within the butler team.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of guest preferences, routines, requests, and special requirements while respecting confidentiality.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, unpacking, packing, garment care, and personal service requirements as assigned.
  • Coordinate room preparation, amenities, refreshments, dining arrangements, and other guest requirements.
  • Assist with formal dining, private functions, receptions, and special events.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, food and beverage, security, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Inspect assigned guest areas to ensure cleanliness, order, presentation, and availability of required amenities.
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and special arrangements promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guests, household activities, schedules, and personal information.
  • Ensure proper handling and care of guest belongings, valuables, furnishings, and palace property.
  • Maintain professional grooming, personal hygiene, posture, and appearance at all times.
  • Follow established luxury hospitality, health, safety, and service procedures.
  • Monitor service supplies and report shortages or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Maintain a calm, respectful, and professional attitude at all times, including during high-pressure situations.
  • Train and coach junior service staff in proper butler etiquette, guest relations, service procedures, and professional standards.
  • Prepare service reports and communicate important guest requirements or operational concerns to management.
  • Perform other butler, guest service, and hospitality duties assigned by management.
