Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must hold a valid TESDA NC II Certificate in Hairdressing.
• Must have a valid passport and be ready for overseas employment.
• Proven experience in hair coloring and hairstyling.
• Knowledge of different hair styling tools, equipment, and techniques.
• Good understanding of hair care products and proper handling of hair chemicals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new hairdressing techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair coloring services according to clients’ preferences and desired results.
• Consult with clients regarding their preferred hair color, style, and treatment requirements.
• Check for possible hair dye sensitivities and follow appropriate safety procedures before applying hair color products.
• Perform hair styling using various tools and equipment, including hair straighteners, curling irons, rollers, hairdryers, and hot combs.
• Wash, dry, style, and finish clients’ hair according to the requested hairstyle.
• Recommend suitable hair care treatments and products based on clients’ hair type and condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of hairdressing tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow proper hygiene, safety, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep updated on current hair styling, coloring techniques, and beauty trends.
• Perform other hairdressing and salon duties as assigned.
