CIVIL ENGINEERING WORKER

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or college degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
  • A valid PRC license is an advantage for applicants who are licensed Civil Engineers.
  • Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and AutoCAD plans.
  • Experience in road construction, river works, earthworks, erosion control, or related construction projects is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to undergo free Japanese language training.
  • Applicants with 1–3 years of Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) construction experience are welcome to apply.
  • Must be able to follow technical instructions, maintain work quality, and comply with construction safety standards.
  • Must be willing to work in Japan and adapt to the local workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with construction and civil engineering projects according to engineering plans and supervisor instructions.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain construction sites before and during project operations.
  • Perform basic construction, repair, and site preparation activities.
  • Read and follow engineering plans, technical drawings, and construction instructions.
  • Assist in interpreting engineering and AutoCAD drawings.
  • Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely.
  • Support engineers, site supervisors, and other construction personnel with daily tasks.
  • Help ensure the quality, accuracy, and proper execution of construction work.
  • Follow workplace safety rules, construction standards, and site procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
