Aureol Global Connections is seeking skilled Stainless Steel Welders (GTAW) to join industrial and commercial projects in Ireland. The successful candidates will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on stainless steel pipework ranging from 1.5 mm to 9 mm wall thickness, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, welding procedures, and project quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Stainless Steel GTAW/TIG Welder in industrial or commercial environments.
- Experience welding stainless-steel pipework with wall thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 9 mm.
- Experience welding carbon steel and stainless-steel components.
- Strong fabrication, pipe preparation, and component fit-up skills.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and engineering documentation.
- Thorough understanding of welding safety procedures, quality standards, and workshop/site safety requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in fast-paced industrial or construction project environments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG) on stainless steel pipework with wall thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 9 mm.
- Weld carbon steel and stainless-steel components for industrial and commercial piping systems.
- Prepare pipes, fittings, and components by cutting, beveling, grinding, cleaning, and aligning materials before welding.
- Read and interpret isometric drawings, fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and technical specifications.
- Ensure proper joint fit-up, alignment, and weld preparation before commencing welding operations.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
- Perform weld repairs and modifications when required.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and consumables in good working condition.
- Follow approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and applicable welding codes.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any quality or production issues to supervisors.
- Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and safe working practices.
- Work collaboratively with pipefitters, fabricators, supervisors, and project teams to meet production schedules.
- Perform other welding and fabrication duties assigned by management.
