Executive Assistant / Secretary

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or any related field.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (required).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and departments as required.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, draft, and proofread correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, letters).
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Assist in logistics, documentation, and general office coordination.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
