B2B Prof Group Spolka Z Ograniczona is offering an overseas employment opportunity for qualified Filipino workers interested in working as a Butcher in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, trimming, deboning, and preparing meat products according to quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

BUTCHER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 25–40 years old.
• Must be physically fit to perform butchery and meat-processing duties.
• At least 2 years of experience as a butcher in any meat category.
• Must hold a valid training certificate for butchery.
• Must possess a valid passport.
• Knowledge of meat cutting, trimming, deboning, and portioning techniques.
• Familiarity with butchery tools, meat-processing equipment, and safe handling procedures.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a meat-processing or food production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, debone, and prepare different types of meat according to product specifications and customer or production requirements.
• Process meat products using appropriate butchery techniques and tools.
• Prepare meat portions, cuts, and products for packaging, storage, or sale.
• Use knives, saws, grinders, and other butchery equipment safely and correctly.
• Inspect meat for quality, freshness, and visible defects before processing.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures during all meat-handling activities.
• Maintain proper storage temperatures and handle meat products to prevent contamination.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, cutting tools, machinery, and equipment after use.
• Minimize meat wastage through accurate cutting, trimming, and portion control.
• Follow production instructions and meet required productivity and quality standards.
• Store and label meat products properly according to workplace procedures.
• Report equipment problems, product quality concerns, or food safety risks to the supervisor.
