International Marketing Jan Kula W Spadku is seeking an experienced Baker to prepare and produce a variety of baked goods while maintaining consistent product quality, freshness, and presentation. The successful candidate should have solid baking experience, practical knowledge of baking techniques, and valid certificates demonstrating their professional skills.

BAKER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 25–40 years old.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience as a Baker.
• Must possess valid certificates as proof of professional baking skills.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Practical knowledge of baking methods, ingredient measurement, dough preparation, and oven operation.
• Ability to prepare bakery products consistently according to recipes and quality standards.
• Familiarity with bakery equipment, food handling procedures, and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a bakery or food production environment.
• Good attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow workplace policies, production schedules, and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products according to established recipes and production requirements.
• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately to achieve consistent product quality.
• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other baking components using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Operate ovens, mixers, dough preparation equipment, and other bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor baking temperatures, cooking times, and product appearance to ensure proper results.
• Maintain consistent standards for product taste, texture, freshness, and presentation.
• Inspect ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet quality and food safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery, including work surfaces, utensils, equipment, and storage areas.
• Store ingredients and finished products properly to preserve freshness and prevent contamination.
• Follow food hygiene procedures, workplace safety guidelines, and established bakery operating standards.
• Monitor ingredient supplies and inform the supervisor when stocks need replenishment.
• Coordinate with other bakery personnel to meet production schedules and daily output targets.
