REGISTERED NURSE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- A valid U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license or successful completion of the NCLEX examination, subject to applicable licensing and employment requirements.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience is required.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and electronic clinical documentation.
- Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and follow established clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ health conditions, monitor vital signs, and document changes in their medical status.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established clinical procedures, professional standards, and patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized healthcare practitioners.
- Monitor patients’ responses to treatments and report significant changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Coordinate with physicians, healthcare providers, and other members of the medical team to support continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medication instructions, and preventive healthcare practices.
- Follow infection prevention protocols, patient safety procedures, and healthcare facility policies.
- Assist with clinical assessments, nursing procedures, and other patient care activities within the scope of professional practice.
- Protect patient confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy and documentation requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
- Use appropriate clinical judgment to identify patient care concerns and escalate urgent issues promptly.
