Bondata Global Oy is seeking skilled and experienced CNC Machinists to join its manufacturing operations in Finland. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision-engineered components while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in a three-shift production environment.

CNC MACHINIST

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Strong CNC programming skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision manufacturing.
• Relevant CNC machining experience is required.
• Willing to work in Finland and comply with company and employment requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines according to technical drawings, production requirements, and quality standards.
• Perform precision machining operations and ensure components meet required specifications and tolerances.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, machining instructions, and technical documentation.
• Monitor machining processes, adjust machine parameters, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Conduct quality inspections using appropriate measuring tools and equipment.
• Maintain CNC machines, tools, and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Work independently and collaboratively with production and engineering teams.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency.
