CNC Press Brake Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably with multi-tasking lathes.
• Ability to program CNC machines using CAM software.
• Experience with Edgecam, Okuma OSP-300-S / OSP, or Fanuc 31iB5 is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and ability to solve practical problems.
• Competence in measuring and fixturing techniques.
• Independent and proactive working attitude.
• Good English skills for communication and understanding instructions.
• Vocational or technical training in machining is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture components (diameter 20–600 mm) from raw material to finished product using multi-tasking CNC lathes.
• Program machines using Edgecam CAM software based on 3D models and technical drawings.
• Operate B-axis multi-tasking lathes (5-axis).
• Perform accurate measurements and calibrations using precision instruments.
• Work with various materials such as metals and industrial alloys.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality machining outcomes.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
