MB MANBE GROUP is seeking reliable and physically fit Food Production Line Operators to work in a fish processing and food manufacturing environment in Lithuania. The successful candidates will operate and monitor production-line machinery and equipment, perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting, handle production materials, and ensure that food products are processed efficiently while maintaining quality, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Operator of the Technological Line for the Production of Food Products

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fish processing plant or food manufacturing company.
• At least High School graduate.
• Previous experience operating production-line machinery and equipment is required.
• Basic knowledge of routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow established production processes, technical instructions, and workplace safety procedures.
• Physically fit with sufficient endurance to perform manual work and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely handle, lift, carry, and move production materials.
• Good attention to detail and ability to monitor production processes and product quality.
• Willingness to perform repetitive manual and production-line tasks.
• Good understanding of workplace cleanliness, food hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and capable of following instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production-line machinery and equipment used in food manufacturing.
• Start, stop, adjust, and monitor production equipment according to established operating procedures.
• Ensure that production-line machinery operates efficiently and consistently throughout the assigned shift.
• Monitor production processes and check that products are processed according to required specifications.
• Perform routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and production-line components.
• Conduct basic preventive maintenance and routine equipment checks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment malfunctions or technical problems to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance personnel.
• Follow established production processes, work instructions, and operating procedures.
• Monitor production output and report irregularities, delays, or quality issues.
• Manually handle, lift, carry, and move raw materials, packaging materials, containers, and finished products.
• Load and position materials appropriately for production-line operations.
• Remove and transfer processed products from the production line as required.
• Assist production workers in maintaining a smooth and continuous workflow.
• Inspect products and materials for visible defects or irregularities during production.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and quality-control procedures.
• Keep machinery, tools, workstations, and production areas clean and organized.
• Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
• Follow procedures for handling production waste and rejected or defective products.
• Maintain productivity and work efficiently during repetitive production-line operations.
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues, production problems, and other concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other food production, machine operation, and related duties assigned by management.
