Pest Control Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in pest control operations, with substantial experience in a supervisory or team-lead role.
  • No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
  • Strong experience in pest control operations and team supervision.
  • Proven experience managing pest control technicians, service sites, client requirements, and service quality.
  • Strong knowledge of pest control procedures, treatment methods, equipment, chemicals, and safety practices.
  • Experience planning technician schedules, assigning work, and monitoring field operations.
  • Ability to inspect sites, assess pest control requirements, and provide appropriate technical guidance.
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle client concerns, complaints, service issues, and operational problems professionally.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prepare and review service reports and operational records.
  • Knowledge of safe pesticide handling, PPE requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Physically fit and capable of conducting field inspections and supervising technicians at different sites.
  • Responsible, reliable, disciplined, and capable of working independently and leading a team.
  • Male applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily pest control operations across assigned residential, commercial, industrial, and other client sites.
  • Lead, assign, and monitor pest control technicians to ensure timely completion of scheduled services.
  • Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, site assignments, and service activities.
  • Monitor technicians’ performance and ensure that assigned duties are completed properly.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess pest problems, treatment requirements, and service conditions.
  • Ensure pest control treatments are performed according to approved procedures and service specifications.
  • Monitor the proper use, handling, storage, and application of pesticides and pest control chemicals.
  • Ensure technicians follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Review service reports, treatment records, inspection findings, and other operational documentation.
  • Monitor service quality and take corrective action when deficiencies are identified.
  • Address client concerns, complaints, service requests, and special treatment requirements.
  • Maintain professional communication and good working relationships with clients and site representatives.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding treatment schedules, access requirements, follow-up services, and site conditions.
  • Ensure pest control programs are implemented according to client requirements and contractual standards.
  • Monitor recurring pest problems and recommend appropriate corrective or preventive measures.
  • Assist technicians with difficult pest control situations and provide technical guidance when required.
  • Monitor the availability and proper use of pesticides, equipment, tools, bait stations, traps, and other pest control materials.
  • Ensure pest control equipment and vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and ready for operations.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and work instructions for technicians when required.
  • Train and guide technicians on proper pest control procedures, customer service, safety, and equipment handling.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, work quality, and compliance of field personnel.
  • Prepare or assist in preparing operational reports, performance reports, and client service documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, environmental procedures, and applicable pest control regulations.
  • Perform other supervisory and pest control operations duties assigned by management.
