OWS Automotive is seeking a skilled and experienced Fabricator to perform precision metal fabrication and automotive body modification work. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components, operating fabrication machinery, and ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal applicant has hands-on experience with metalworking, welding, and automotive fabrication processes.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in metal fabrication and automotive body modifications.
- Vocational training or TESDA qualification in Welding, Fabrication, Automotive, or a related trade.
- TESDA NC II Certification is required.
- Proficient in operating fabrication machinery, including CNC cutters, welding equipment, grinders, and other metalworking tools.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metal fabrication, and automotive body construction.
- Experience testing fabrication machines for proper installation, operational performance, and stability.
- Knowledge of material properties and the ability to validate metal and plastic components under stress, heat, and corrosion conditions.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fabrication workshop environment.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, modify, and repair metal components for automotive and industrial applications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, technical sketches, and fabrication specifications.
- Measure, mark, cut, bend, shape, and assemble metal materials using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Operate fabrication machinery such as CNC cutting machines, press brakes, shearing machines, grinders, drills, and welding equipment.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding to assemble and repair fabricated components.
- Test fabrication machines and equipment to verify correct installation, operational limits, and performance stability.
- Inspect fabricated products for dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and compliance with quality standards.
- Validate metal and plastic components for durability under stress, heat, vibration, and corrosion conditions.
- Perform repairs, modifications, and custom fabrication for vehicle body components and metal structures.
- Maintain fabrication equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations during fabrication and welding activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, mechanics, and workshop supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform other fabrication and workshop duties assigned by management.
