ALUMINUM INSTALLER (FACTORY HAND)
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- At least 2 years of experience in aluminum installation works, including windows, doors, curtain walls, partitions, cladding, or similar projects.
- Knowledge of proper aluminum and glass installation techniques.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to take accurate measurements and ensure proper alignment and fitting.
- Physically fit and willing to work in construction sites and various working conditions.
- Good attention to detail, reliable work attitude, and commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install aluminum frameworks and glass elements for construction projects.
- Install and fit aluminum doors, sliding windows, curtain walls, glass panels, storefronts, partitions, and cladding.
- Read and follow installation drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
- Secure aluminum frames, glass panels, anchors, screws, and other components using appropriate installation methods.
- Ensure all installed components are properly aligned, level, plumb, and securely fitted.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, drilling, fastening, and assembly.
- Inspect completed installations to ensure they meet required quality, safety, and finishing standards.
- Perform adjustments, repairs, and finishing work as necessary.
- Maintain tools and equipment and keep the work area clean and safe.
- Follow construction site safety procedures and work effectively as part of an installation team.
