Aureol Global Connections is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters (High Purity) to support the installation of high-purity process piping systems for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and high-tech industrial facilities in Ireland. The successful candidates will be responsible for the precise installation, assembly, testing, and commissioning of stainless-steel high-purity piping systems while maintaining strict quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Pipe Fitter (High Purity)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Pipe Fitter, preferably in high-purity process piping systems.
• Proven experience installing stainless-steel high-purity piping for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of orbital welding preparation, tube fit-up, and precision piping installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, fabrication drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Experience working with stainless-steel tubing, hygienic piping systems, and cleanroom environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of pressure testing, leak testing, flushing, and commissioning procedures.
• Strong understanding of contamination control and clean installation practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and fit high-purity stainless-steel piping systems according to engineering drawings, P&IDs, and isometric drawings.
• Prepare, measure, cut, align, and fit stainless-steel tubing and pipe to precise tolerances.
• Install valves, fittings, supports, manifolds, and process equipment for high-purity gas and fluid distribution systems.
• Perform orbital weld fit-up preparation and coordinate with orbital welders to ensure high-quality welds.
• Maintain strict cleanliness standards throughout installation to prevent contamination of high-purity systems.
• Read and interpret piping isometrics, P&IDs, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
• Carry out pressure testing, leak testing, flushing, and commissioning activities as required.
• Verify pipe routing, supports, equipment alignment, and installation accuracy before system testing.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, welders, QA/QC personnel, and commissioning teams during project execution.
• Follow all Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), cleanroom, and contamination control procedures.
• Maintain accurate installation records, material tracking, and daily work reports.
• Perform other pipefitting and mechanical installation duties assigned by project management.
