Alkhorayef Water & Power Technologies Co. Ltd. (AWPT) is seeking experienced and technically skilled Low Voltage Electrical Technicians for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair low and medium voltage electrical systems within industrial and utility facilities.

Low Voltage Electrical Technician

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience is required.
• Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical fields.
• Experience in installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting medium-voltage electrical systems and equipment ranging from 3.3 kV to 35 kV.
• Strong knowledge of switchgear, transformers, RMUs, circuit breakers, protection relays, and power distribution systems.
• Extensive experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of low-voltage electrical systems within industrial facilities, particularly water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Proficient in handling LV distribution panels, control panels, classic control circuits, and motor control systems.
• Ability to identify electrical faults, interpret wiring diagrams, and restore system functionality safely and efficiently.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or within a technical team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot low and medium voltage electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on switchgear, transformers, RMUs, circuit breakers, and protection relays.
• Diagnose and repair faults in LV distribution panels, motor control systems, and electrical control circuits.
• Inspect electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical manuals accurately.
• Support operations in industrial plants, water treatment facilities, wastewater plants, and utility systems.
• Conduct testing, calibration, and performance checks of electrical equipment and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, operational procedures, and company standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and maintenance teams regarding electrical issues and maintenance schedules.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and technical documentation accurately.
