DOMESTIC WORKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Domestic Worker, Domestic Helper, Housekeeper, or in a similar household role.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Candidates must be at least 25 years old.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Experience in household cleaning, laundry, ironing, meal preparation, and kitchen maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and household sanitation practices.
• Honest, trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Physically fit and capable of performing household chores for extended periods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general household cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing living areas.
• Wash, dry, iron, fold, and organize clothes, bed linens, towels, and other household laundry.
• Prepare and cook meals according to the employer’s preferences and dietary requirements.
• Wash dishes, kitchen utensils, and cookware, ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized after meal preparation.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and other household areas.
• Organize household items and maintain a neat and orderly home environment.
• Properly dispose of household waste and maintain cleanliness of garbage disposal areas.
• Safely use and maintain household appliances and cleaning equipment.
• Monitor household cleaning supplies and report items that need replenishment.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices during cleaning and food preparation.
• Respect the privacy, confidentiality, and personal belongings of the employer and family members.
• Follow the employer’s instructions regarding household routines and assigned responsibilities.
• Perform other household duties assigned by the employer, such as grocery assistance, light caregiving support, or other domestic tasks.
